After months of searching, I found the exact car I wanted at Audi Bethesda. I called the dealership and spoke to David Engel. In less than 2 hours, including a lengthy test drive, I drove away with my new Q5. The process could not have gone any smoother. David was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. I bought my car in december from audi bethesda. At first I was looking at audi silver spring and decided to go to bethesda because of the customer service i had received. Juan sold me a used vehicle and the process went very smoothly considering it was late and they were closing for the night. The next morning I saw there was a scratch on the side mirror and chipped paint all around the car. When I called in and my sales rep told me to take it to service. I had to take off work once for service and both the sales rep and Armond were off so there was no authorization so I had to come back again the next day and take off work again for them to not authorize it again. After speaking with Armon, the customer service he gave was absolute garbage, and working in sales myself was surprised you get that kind of customer service at Audi. I would expect that from honda or toyota. He told me that fixing the mirror was “above his paygrade”. Now a month later I go in for service for my tire and when Audi silver spring calls in to file they claim they stated the selling dealer never filed the paperwork for the warranty. This has now been the third instance Audi Bethesda dropped the ball. I don’t recommend Audi Bethesda to anybody. If you need an Audi go to audi silver spring all the way. More
