I had an A4 from 2008-2013 and absolutely loved my experience with Audi at the time. My current lease was coming to an end and I decided to put an A4 back on my radar. I found one online at Audi Bethe experience with Audi at the time. My current lease was coming to an end and I decided to put an A4 back on my radar. I found one online at Audi Bethesda and inquired about it. Alexsie responded to my inquiry, asked some basic questions to get my information, what I'm looking for, my experience with Audi, etc. I provided her with that information and Tony picked it up from there. I wasn't crazy about the interior of the Audi I inquired about, Tony offered to do whatever he could to find the perfect Audi for me. Ultimately, I ended up leasing a vehicle from another dealership (2021 Tacoma TRD Pro), but should I find myself in the market again (lease end, stolen, totaled, act of God, etc)... Tony and Audi Bethesda will be on my short list of dealerships that I will be shopping from for my next car, even though they're 6 hours away. I'll gladly make that drive for excellent customer service. Thank you Alexsie and Tony! I hope our paths cross again! More

Had an excellent experience with Audi Bethesda. Honored the True Car Price + a little bit less than the True Car Price, it was a smooth experience in the new Covid world. I factory ordered a Q3 but in this crazy covid era the order kept falling behind and I probably would not have gotten the car for this model year because production would have switched over for the next year. The good news is that the dealership kept looking for a Q3 in the pipeline and they found one for me a couple of weeks ago. I was in the home delivery radius so Audi Bethesda delivered the car to me at home! The whole experience took three months but they never gave up and delivered a 2021 Q3 to me! I did everything by phone and email, except for the final delivery of course. Tony Portalea did the legwork and homework to get a Q3 99.9% as I configured it. The whole process was satisfying. Victor in the finance office was informative and the process was easy. The delivery was flawless, Tony detailed the car before delivery and took extra care to make sure the car was perfectly clean and ready for me. More

Unfortunately we felt rushed during the latter part of our time there (i.e. choosing Audi Care options and signing paperwork) as several other employees made it obvious that they just wanted to leave for the day. Having just purchased another Audi in March (at another dealership), we were far more pleased with our entire experience at the other dealership. More
Our experience at this Audi dealership was mediocre to say the least. My husband and I purchased a used Audi Q3 yesterday. The sales person, Daina Dzenkovska, was very professional, genuinely friendly and say the least. My husband and I purchased a used Audi Q3 yesterday. The sales person, Daina Dzenkovska, was very professional, genuinely friendly and good. She was not pushy, like many car sales people we have previously encountered. She was open to negotiate, though all negotiations could only be dealt by her manager. Her manager came to meet us for a fraction of a second and BARELY made an effort to gain our business, which after that we decided not to set our foot at the dealership. Daina, however, followed up in a courteous manner with a "counter offer" and we finally sealed a deal. The customer service after we made the deal was the most disappointing. The Business Manger tried to sell us multiple packages of service bundles which we respectfully declined, but Mr. Azari seemed to be visibly irritated and disappointed and he wouldn't accomodate any further questions. He rushed us through the signatures of all documents and he just wanted to get it done and be out the door. Luckily, there are many other professional Audi dealerships for our next purchase. I hope they understand customer service doesn't end with the signature of a sales document. Additionally, after some online researching, we found out that the Kahu app ($299) was not supposed to be mandatory, which is extremely disingenuous because they indicated that the dealership can not remove this GPS tracker as it comes preinstalled.
