The damages done to my car was per their estimate, almost $8000. The informed me that they are not responsible for theft or vandalism done to customer’s cars while parked in their lot. The only person who communicated with us personally, was their service manager, Nicholas Pacifico. They lied to the BBB saying we’re not willing to meet with them. We set up the meeting because no one would reach out to us. Their policy was relayed to us through Nicholas. We requested the meeting to demand copies of their insurance and Garage Keepers if they had one. We cancelled our meeting because our insurance company advised they had requested the information. Our meeting would have impacted us too emotionally, so our agent further advised against it. We are very lucky to have Comprehensive on our vehicle. We were long time customers of this dealership. More
