Natasha, Adam, and Fahad were amazing + a pleasure to work with. Both Natasha and Adam were very knowledgeable about the Q5, were able to help me find a trim that was a good fit, and answered all of my q work with. On my initial visit, I was told that the vehicle I had wanted to purchase would not arrive/be on the lot for another 6-8 weeks, but not even an hour after leaving the dealership, she reached out to me to let me know that the vehicle would arrive in the next week — which to my surprise arrived as she said it would. On the day of purchase Natasha worked with me by calling regularly with updates in regards to the status of the vehicle for pick up — from inspection to detailing. Adam was great with assisting me personalize my Q5 settings. Fahad was spunky and fun to work with while completing paperwork. I highly recommend Audi Bellevue to friends and family — everyone! More
Sales person did a very poor introduction/delivery of car. Less than 10 minutes for a car with a lot of technology. Car was damaged at time of delivery (Peeling paint) and sales person was very unprofess car. Less than 10 minutes for a car with a lot of technology. Adam Hanes was great to work with, so helpful and patient. Overall service was great, would recommend having a few snacks on hand for guests. I needed an oil change and 20k mileage I hated taking my car in for service. But my experience with Dan, at Audi Bellevue, has changed all that. I needed an oil change and 20k mileage check up. I had some minor concerns that in most situations I would be reluctant to mention. Dan ask if there were any other things he could help me with. As a matter, there are. My courtesy lights don't turn on when I unlock the car. Also, there is a minor wind noise in the driver side window. Dan's response, we will check it out and fix it. A whole different experience than any of the other dealership I've had in the past. They care !! More
