I had more issues with logging into this site (DealerRater) than I did at the dealership. Alexis checked me in and checked me out 11 hours later! Despite having several people call out for the da (DealerRater) than I did at the dealership. Alexis checked me in and checked me out 11 hours later! Despite having several people call out for the day, Alexis and the crew did a great job. Original service issue (AC fan/blower) ended up being a sticker that had gotten stuck in the fan and so no issue! Alexis kept me up to date via text throughout the day as well, which was really awesome to help me schedule my day and pick up! More

I love the dealership and the service department . Maybe this is a small thing, but they generally wash your car and vacuum. My car was poorly washed and never vacuumed.
