From the response to my initial inquiry, to sending me off the lot a few hours later in my new-to-me A6, the process was smooth professional and simple. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful and everything was thorough and transparent. Yes, there was an attempt at upsell (extended warranties, etc.) during the financing process, but my ‘no thank you’ was taken in good part. The car was immaculate and freshly washed and vacuumed before I left and looks and drives like brand new (it’s a 2015). Highly recommend this dealership! More
