Michael H. is a great service manager! His communication with regard to services performed and service completion was spot on and I really appreciated being able to take a lyft (compliments of Audi Bellevue with regard to services performed and service completion was spot on and I really appreciated being able to take a lyft (compliments of Audi Bellevue) to Bellevue Square while I had routine maintenance done on my car. He even knew to schedule the Lyft pickup from a location across the street so pick up would be streamlined. I was very pleased. Thanks, Michael. More

I brought my A5 in for a 30,000 mile inspection and I only waited for 10 minutes at the service center. An Audi representative Ricky came out to greet me and filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes. Ri only waited for 10 minutes at the service center. An Audi representative Ricky came out to greet me and filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes. Ricky even called a Lyft ride to take me home so that I did not have to wait. Once the inspection was done he even provided a short video clip of my car. Thank you very much for the great service. Tam More
