My A4 was being serviced for a recall but Ricky suggested I also have them do my next regular service so I didn't have to make another trip next month. I was provided with a loaner and they were able to comp I also have them do my next regular service so I didn't have to make another trip next month. First time I'd been to this dealership, went to fix a broken o ring that caused engine oil leak on my Audi Q5. Even though the oil level was petty much at the minimum, I found they didn't even top it off broken o ring that caused engine oil leak on my Audi Q5. Even though the oil level was petty much at the minimum, I found they didn't even top it off after I got home. They also didn't wash my car, whereas my previous dealer in NJ always washed my car after service. They didn't top off the windshield fluid either. The process was also slow.. a simple job took a couple days. Would not come back. More
