I have je been in Audi of Bellevue several time on the last 6 months and I have not been disappointed at all. Alexis my service specialist has always been on top of her game, educating me on needs, issues last 6 months and I have not been disappointed at all. Alexis my service specialist has always been on top of her game, educating me on needs, issues and specific fixes of my vehicle which for the most part help me make better decisions instead of just up-selling me product without my prior understanding. She is the best. I highly recommend her. More

Michael, the rep that was dealing with me had no clue what is the right way to deal with a client. First, I dropped the car on Friday, and he said the car will be looked at only on Monday, why not call m what is the right way to deal with a client. First, I dropped the car on Friday, and he said the car will be looked at only on Monday, why not call me in advance to say that? Second, the car was only looked at on Wednesday, no calls from him to update me at all. Third, I had to ping him constantly to get any updates, the eta for the car been done changed one more time, i had to ping him to get this info. The car was done only week later on Friday, no loaner was offered to me at all, even though i asked during my call on Monday. Will never work with Michael again, the only two good reps i dealt with are David and William. More
I checked in with Dan. He let me know that it might be 2 hours. I waited in a comfortable spot where I worked until my service was finished. He did a great job!!! Dan was the most informative & genuinely nice person I have encountered in the sales position in quite sometime. Went above & beyond to explain everything to me & didn’t make me feel incompetent. Some of the staff there are first class and good people. But our Q7 consistently comes back from a service with greasy marks or dirty carpets and has to be cleaned. A recent repair took a very long time (4 weeks) and when picked up, the heating system didn't;t work and it had to go straight back to them. Pretty frustrating but again, the staff were very helpful and great to deal with. More
The level of service appears to decrease as your car ages. My last scheduling for service required a request for a loaner. The evening before, I was texted there were no loaners and to please reschedule ages. My last scheduling for service required a request for a loaner. The evening before, I was texted there were no loaners and to please reschedule or drop the car. I’m outside the range of a free shuttle to return home so I rescheduled. I was notified again the day before that due to Covid, there were no loaners and a lack of technicians to which may result in a multi day drop. So I rescheduled . This happened a 3rd time but this time they offered a free Lyft service home so I kept the appt. Another frustration: there appears to be a change in customer contact. While trying to make an appointment and get an end of day update on my car, a call to service met an IVR queue with more than 10 customers in queue. Once I waited 30 minutes with no change in queue “more than 10 ahead of you” before entering my number in the IVR for a return call. I waited an entire day for a return phone call so there’s no returning calls in the order you called. When I dropped my car for service, I wasn’t offered a business card for a direct dial number to my service rep. So I called the service number only to meet the same wait time issue. The rep texted at end of day with a lackluster update for a complicated issue but that the car was ready. Contact warranted a phone call to discuss repair and warranty coverage. there were too many questions to handle in multiple texts with delays in between as I was time pressed against end of day service hours to make a decision to arrange transportation to pick up my car this evening or next morning. The dealer needs to meet customers where they’re at for customer contact. I wanted a phone call, they forced digital communication or a phone contact on their time. It was frustrating. The service rep was a C. But the dealer treated me well when my 1st time purchased Audi was new. Now it’s 11 years old and little worthy of the same level is service in the early days. More
