Great, convenient service I needed regular maintenance on my Audi A4, from Audi Service Portland over on Airport Way. I took advantage of the new pickup & delivery service, whi I needed regular maintenance on my Audi A4, from Audi Service Portland over on Airport Way. I took advantage of the new pickup & delivery service, which I loved. They were right on time with both pickup and delivery; go the car back the same day; and the driver got out, pulled out his bottle of cleaning spray, and wiped down the steering wheel, seat, handles, etc. They were in touch during the day to update me on the car's status, and returned it the same day (even though they'd only promised to return it by the following morning). Excellent service all the way through. Thanks! More

New Pick-up & Delivery Service is excellent While I’ve always experienced exceptional service from Sunset Audi East (in Portland, OR on Airport Way), this particular service ‘visit’ was above an While I’ve always experienced exceptional service from Sunset Audi East (in Portland, OR on Airport Way), this particular service ‘visit’ was above and beyond. The service representative contacted me via email to remind me my Q7 was due for service and informing me that due to COVID-19 they will now pick-up and deliver your vehicle, sanitizing it before return. The service was easy to arrange via email exchange, including a cost estimate. They texted me when the technician was on his way to my home (across the Columbia River in Vancouver, WA!) with a loaner replacement. Masked up, we exchanged keys and my vehicle was on its way. I was contacted later in the day that the service was complete and to arrange delivery & pick-up of the loaner and again we exchanged keys. Painless! Thank you Audi Service for coming up with this excellent service option during these trying times. More
