I found it interesting that the minute my Q5 was off warrantee, I had all these issues in just one year. My tires and brakes are new one year old, 10,000miles. Great service, decent communication- one stumble- returned my car 1.5 hours late. Love the pick-up/ drop-off at your home service but when you're going to be an hour and a half late for the drop off returned my car 1.5 hours late. Love the pick-up/ drop-off at your home service but when you're going to be an hour and a half late for the drop off and not supply a contact number (dealership closed while I was still waiting) the great service option turns in to a dud.
