Had oil change/tire rotation done under the service contract which went well. The dealership will pick up/deliver the car when service is done, and this is a great benefit. Padraig did the pickup/deliv contract which went well. The dealership will pick up/deliver the car when service is done, and this is a great benefit. Padraig did the pickup/delivery and was world-class, he took the time to wipe everything down during delivery. The improvident customer service is with Ivan, and I have dealt with him several times. Since I usually wait for this job the longest I generally wait is maybe an hour. This time the car was taken later in the afternoon on Monday, and I did not hear anything Monday night if the vehicle would be finished and when it was being delivered. Tuesday I did not hear anything from Ivan all day other than an email indicating the car was done in the morning. On Wednesday morning I texted Ivan and did not get a reply. I phoned the dealership and spoke to another service writer, and she advised the car was done and it will be returned late Wednesday afternoon. Almost 8 hours after I texted Ivan I received his text indicating the car will be returned late afternoon. I understand the pickup/drop off can take some time but not communicating that information was a miss in my humble opinion. This has happened before with Ivan so there may be some additional training needed to ensure he is representing the Audi dealer and brand as exceptional as they are. More

Staff at the service center are always professional, efficient and there is transparency when it comes to vehicle analyses and repair costs. Would not consider repairing my Audi anywhere else.
