Incredible service at Audi Service Portland- First I called Ivan literally 4 days ago on a Friday to set up and appt. He was so helpful and pleasant. He scheduled me for that coming Monday. One of their drivers came out to Washougal and picked up my car while I was working--- during the day I was updated by Ivan via text and call. Another driver of theirs brought it back to me on the same day. I was billed through my email/text. Super easy process. Could not be happier with Audi Service Portland. 5 stars all the way! I come back to Audi service dept (Airport Way) because they know my car and treat me like they want to keep my business. If they have to keep my car over night, they make it so easy to get other transport they know my car and treat me like they want to keep my business. Dustin Close was my service coordinator, and he went so far above and beyond in helping me, that I will be a Beaverton Audi Service Center customer for life. They found an issue with my car and Dustin real far above and beyond in helping me, that I will be a Beaverton Audi Service Center customer for life. They found an issue with my car and Dustin realized a warranty I bought may cover it, so he personally researched it, contacted the warranty company and had them out to inspect, all while giving me a free loner. A $6k repair (I did research and that’s where it costs anywhere I would have gone) became $500. More
