Hi Nicole, Thank you for getting back with me. I gave the review for a few reasons. First was the pricing of the parts: I looked up the prices of the parts from the quote on the multi-point inspection. I used the audi beaverton website. You can look up the parts by name or part number and by using the year and make of the car, the parts are easy to find (as it should be). They were having a sale, all parts were 10% off the MSRP. The original quote you gave me for the repair included a mark up of about 30% over MSRP and about 40% over the sale price. For example my original quote for windshield wiper repair was $84. However the front windshield wipers for my car have a MSRP of $60 and a sale price of $50. I brought this to my service coordinator's attention and she said she would speak with the parts department. They agreed to complete the work and give me the msrp price for parts. At this point, I was a little aggravated at the business practice but I was happy. Second: The airbag light in the car was on, the price to check the light was $157 for the diagnostic. When I received my first and subsequent revised quote, the $157 was deducted from the price of the repair. When I received the final bill the $157 was added on to the price of the repair. This was right before check out. I brought this to the service coordinators attention and she said it was always supposed to be included and changed the quote on the my.kaarma.com electronic quote. I actually have screen shots showing the first quote and the second. I paid the extra $157, as it is hard to argue over text, and the phones lines were so busy, everytime I called it went to voicemail. Third: When I finally got my car back, the left front tire was covered in grease. The rim was almost completely black. It took me about 30 minutes to get off all of the grease and my rim has a gouge out of the edge, which was not there before. All of my other rims are perfect.

And, I returned this week to get the missing key fob replaced and aligned with my Q7. Again, Corey was ready, got the job done quickly, helped my wife with setting the seat settings to the new key fob and got one of the floor mats all fixed. Corey sets the bar really high!!
