We had traveled from CA and broke down on Christmas Eve in Portland. Our holidays with family were in jeopardy. While we were able to rent a car and still drive to Washington, Chad Soares was great at ge in Portland. Our holidays with family were in jeopardy. While we were able to rent a car and still drive to Washington, Chad Soares was great at getting our repair to our Audi A4 done. The communication and service were outstanding. I liked the video assessment and the online status communication. Chad went above and beyond all expectations. Thank you Audi for helping us enjoy the holidays over what could have been a disaster. Did not vacuum, clean and wash my A8 which were required services as part of the synthetic oil change package. The bigger issues are negligence, and disrespect for customer's time. They kept the car for the services as part of the synthetic oil change package. The bigger issues are negligence, and disrespect for customer's time. They kept the car for the entire day, and called me around 5PM to pick the vehicle. Finding the car dirty, when I pointed, the office person did apologize. She said since it was late, she'll send me a text or email to bring back the vehicle for vacuuming and car wash the next day. The text or email or phone never came - I'm still waiting!! It's a pity to see human behavior change so quickly towards worse between sales and after sales services. Unprofessional. More

Raychel did a great job from scheduling the service and picking up my vehicle to returning it. Had the 40k service done and they warrantied the water pump and installed a new thermostat. Tommy the technici picking up my vehicle to returning it. Had the 40k service done and they warrantied the water pump and installed a new thermostat. Tommy the technician even did a great video walk-around of my vehicle which Raychel shared. All around great service! More
