Service process is easy and except for drop off and pick up handled all by phone or text. Reports were thorough about what had been done and work that should be done. I have always received excellent service from your service department. This time Joey took care of me and he exceeded my expectations. Not only was Joey prompt and efficient; he also took time to addr service department. This time Joey took care of me and he exceeded my expectations. Very frustrating experience. First, I had my Audi in for service in November, one reason was to have the AdBlue diesel additive refilled. Within less than a month my car indica First, I had my Audi in for service in November, one reason was to have the AdBlue diesel additive refilled. Within less than a month my car indicated it needed to have another AdBlue refill. Historically I have gone 6-12 months without having to get a refill. It seems like a simple in-and-out service, but they require you to set an appointment. Several times I waited on hold to set that appointment for upwards of 20 minutes. When I was finally successful in setting an appointment, I brought it by & was told it would be an hour and a half. Again, I have a hard time understanding why this need take so long. After 90 minutes I asked for a status update, and they tell me it's all done, they're just washing it & it should be there shortly. 40 minutes later it finally arrives. This level of service is not ok. More
