First thing very easy to get to the service center. Was greeted by the staff instantly as I walked in the door. The lobby and waiting area was very clean and professional. So let me first say your dealership is very clean and seems very organized. Maitra Silva was my service rep; She suggested extra things to do with car and made the whole experience very fun. I drive from Brookings Oregon to service my car so you need someone like her to help you. I also own an Porsche and cannot believe they haven't stolen her from you. Seemed to be one missed opportunity that your dealership may have missed though and is very small. It is my wife's car and has only 10,000 miles on a 2018.I cannot believe a sales person didn't already have it figured out on their own what a new or newer car with the same or less miles would cost me to trade up. Just saying car is paid for and I have the money to trade up. Only thing on my part would of had my wife's okay and she wasn't with me.. Maybe sales was too busy but your fault, you asked my opinion. LOVED THE EXPERIENCE. 6 stars for Ms Silva!!!!!! More
