I was having issues with my key fob. the car had been at a dealership getting body work done and they forgot something when they put it back together. She called me several times to make sure I understood what was going on. My nearest dealership is over 200 miles away. I brought my Audi Q5 to handle both some warranty work as well as a transmission fluid change and a coolant issue. Because of the timing and distance I brought my Audi Q5 to handle both some warranty work as well as a transmission fluid change and a coolant issue. Because of the timing and distance we were able to fix a time and day for my return to pick up the car. Dustin kept me in the loop. The paperwork and transaction was seamless and I really appreciated the video documentation of the coolant leak location and fix. Even the espresso machine was a nice touch. More

I would recommend this dealership because the people are so thoughtful and very professional. My three star rating has to do with the communication system that is in place there. I was not able to confirm my recall service appointment, though I tried to contact the dealership three times by phone and left a message the first time I tried. In addition, I asked that someone help me with the MyAudi app, and to change the clock on my car, but neither was communicated to the service agent, nor did I ever get a call back to confirm the appointment. On the day and after the time of my appointment, when my car was to be picked up, I received a text that said sorry they had missed me. I contacted the service agent immediately to tell him that my car was to be picked up with a loaner left at my house. He quickly arranged to have that happen. My car was returned with the work accomplished, I hope, but none of the additional requests were done though I now have the name and number of a tech at the dealership to contact next week. Great people, understaffed I'm sure, like many of us, but not exactly what I had expected in the communication area for such an esteemed brand. Thank you for giving me a hearing. More
