We had to wait 1 month to obtain an appointment with the Audi Portland Service Center. Our vehicle needed some warranty work such that we would require a courtesy loaner. Hence the 1 month wait. Friday th Audi Portland Service Center. Our vehicle needed some warranty work such that we would require a courtesy loaner. Hence the 1 month wait. Friday the 26th of July finally came, and we dropped the car off at 07:00AM that day and picked up the loaner. The car needed a water (shower) test for window leaks, and a part needed to be ordered for the interior console. Friday the 26th = no phone call from the service department. Monday the 29th = no phone call. Tuesday the 30th = no phone call. Wednesday the 31st = no phone call. So, we called to inquire about our vehicle. We were told the shop was busy with "end of the month" activities and the car was not ready. Let's see now, order a part and put the car in a shower. Four full days with no news/updates. 6 full days counting the weekend. Unacceptable. We informed them we would pick the car up at 08:00 AM the following morning (Thursday 8/1/24) whether the vehicle was ready or not. Thursday morning, we dropped off the loaner and picked up our car, which was covered from the front to the back with bone dry hard water stains. Once again, Unacceptable. More
Why are all the reviews from 2018. I have taken my SQ5 to Audi Beaverton for 6 years. First three were fine. Then I had three service advisors who knew nothing about Audis. Ladybyear I negotiated a package of services at a price. When I came to get my vehicle several services were not done and each had a high price. Today I brought in my SQ5 with 42,000 for basically got van oil change for $270 and hot a report of supposedky needed service for $4500. Mostly all bogus. Not good! More
Just found out yesterday from my warranty company that the dealer charged and got paid for a service that was not done and declined by me, a while ago. I had no way of knowing at time of service. As I don the dealer charged and got paid for a service that was not done and declined by me, a while ago. I had no way of knowing at time of service. As I don't think I may be the only one with this experience, I suggest owner beware. No money out of my pocket but it does not seem to be a good business practice. I am hoping it is an oversight but it is under investigation by the warranty company. More

Josh Dikih was the best! When I first bought my RS5 the car was out of alignment. Audi Beaverton performed an alignement but something still felt off. When I brought my When I first bought my RS5 the car was out of alignment. Audi Beaverton performed an alignement but something still felt off. When I brought my car back three months later, Josh was my new service advisor. He told me that even though my alignment was technically "with-in spec," that doesn't always mean everything is good to go. He worked with the tech to get the alignment closer to perfect and the result was amazing. Finally my car truly feels like it is aligned. I am so happy with Josh's service and knowledge. He will be my advisor for all future needs. Thank you Josh! More

If I could give this service department 10 stars I would. They are the friendliest, nicest people. They are honest and don't try to have you replace parts when it is not needed. I took my Audi to another dea They are the friendliest, nicest people. They are honest and don't try to have you replace parts when it is not needed. I took my Audi to another dealership and they said I needed new brakes and tires. They were also not very friendly. When I came to Audi for service on Airport Way, they ran the diagnostics and said I did not need new tires. My front brakes were still ok and my rear brakes could be replaced, but I could wait. They price quote for new brakes was also $250 less than the other dealership. But the very BEST about this service department is that they listen, they communicate, (even had a video they showed me in a text of the brakes), and they try to give you a 100% positive experience, I would recommend them to everyone who owns an Audi!
