Service department was incredibly helpful. I misremembered the time I signed up for service and actually arrived about an hour early and they got me right in anyway. My 2010 A5 was having major issues that 2 other transmission places couldn’t fix. Audi Beaverton took over, got the repairs approved, I am Very happy with how quickly they fixed my car.
