We bought our first A4 here and were very impressed with the service and sales departments. We have always had our cars serviced here. We upgraded to an S4 and are still imperssed with their service 7 years the service and sales departments. We have always had our cars serviced here. Working with Kharmin was a breeze! I feel like I was a difficult customer looking for a specific car with specific specs and Kharmin kept her cool and professionalism throughout the entire two months of w difficult customer looking for a specific car with specific specs and Kharmin kept her cool and professionalism throughout the entire two months of working with me. She found me the exact car (slightly better) I wanted and negotiated the price to what I was comfortable paying. I never felt pressured nor chased. She listened to me and helped me search for what I wanted instead of pushing cars onto me that I had no interest in. Truly an amazing experience. I was working with nearly 20 different Audi salespeople all over the west coast (Oregon, California, and Washington) and none of them possessed what Kharmin has, she is the NICEST, SO FRIENDLY, PUNCTUAL, and most KIND salesperson. It was refreshing to work with someone like Kharmin! The next car I plan to buy is an Audi Convertible! I am coming back in a few years! More
