Working with Craig Flemishman to order our car was great experience all the way around. He was always prompt to respond to every email and phone call. He took our needs into consideration when offering the “extras” and never pushed any unnecessary things that we would not need. In addition to the positive experience it is apparent that Craig is extremely knowledgeable. I never considered him to be in “car sales” more accurately I would say he he does “Audi sales”. We have worked and spoke with many different Audi dealers and sales. This has been by far the best we have felt after any interaction with Audi in general.
