Dustin and the entire service team are amazing! We brought our SQ7 in for service and a warranty recall. Said it’d take a day to complete. Dustin kept me in the loop the entire way! They found that We brought our SQ7 in for service and a warranty recall. Said it’d take a day to complete. Dustin kept me in the loop the entire way! They found that the alignment was a little off and that it’d be a little longer to complete. Not a problem! I’d rather them find the issue and fix it before it becomes a bigger issue. The day after, it was all washed and ready to go! In their eyes they felt bad that it took longer than quoted; but to me, it wasn’t an issue. We’re so glad to have made the switch to Audi Beaverton for all of our automotive needs! Thank you for the amazing service as always and keep up the great work! More
