My review relates to the service management. I dropped my car off at 9 AM on Wednesday. The service rep said she would be out the following day, but if any questions to call the department. The I dropped my car off at 9 AM on Wednesday. The service rep said she would be out the following day, but if any questions to call the department. The following day I called at noon, left a message to find out the car’s status. No response by Audi. I called 2 more times and got no answer, but did not leave a message. I called a fourth time at about 4:30 because I knew they closed at 6 and left a message just to determine status. No response. On Friday at 7:10 AM, I receive a text saying car is ready for pickup. I was very disappointed that 1 I wasn’t able to call and have someone answer, 2 when I left a message I received no response until 2 days after I dropped the car off. Worst experience I’ve had with Audi Beaverton since 2009. The only positive was that the original service agent called me on Sunday to follow up and to ask if I was satisfied with the experience.. I told her of the disappointment and lack of communication to which she apologized. More

We would buy from Alexis Reyes and Audi Beaverton again, thanks to the service that we were given. Alexis, in particular, is dependable, intelligent, and passionate about her job. We bought the A6 Allroad Q thanks to the service that we were given. Alexis, in particular, is dependable, intelligent, and passionate about her job. We bought the A6 Allroad Quattro from Alexis after she listened to exactly what we wanted. She got us a car within one to two weeks of communication, which is a fast turnaround considering all the challenges with chip shortages. She customized her car searches to fit our needs. Her service was always on time. She was honest about the dealership's challenges with procuring cars or services. She was always so lovely and did not have to go above and beyond with the level of service she provided in person, over the phone, via text, or via email.
