Took my 2020 Q3 into this location for scheduled service. It was an amazingly smooth process. I had made an appointment and requested a loaner vehicle which was a promise fulfilled. I've grown to expect less than exemplary customer service in general but was very pleasantly with this dealership. Maritza was my Service Advisor and what a treasure she is. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly and even took time to show me a few things on my vehicle that I hadn't known about. She is what customer service should be! I will definitely be using this location for my vehicle servicing. More
