On Sunday, 11/10, I purchased a 2005 Audi A6. I visited several other big dealerships in the Portland Metro area and none compared to the manner in which Clint, my sales guy treated me. He was professional, experienced, matter of fact, no high pressure, told me what the best price he could give me and we did the paperwork. I spent maybe 30 minutes with him. Lawrence Clapper was my paperwork guy and he was very professional, organized, friendly, down to earth and explained all the paperwork I was signing. I admired that I was treated with respect and class buying a used car as I probably would have buying new. I love that this family owned dealership sells only "trade-in" vehicles and doesn't get buy from auctions. They stand behind their cars. I definitely would recommend Sunset Audi. I'm looking forward in getting the same treatment when I take my Audi in for scheduled maintenance. Jeanne W. More

I brought my car in because the check engine light came on. Although I didn't have the repair done at the time, when I picked up the car, it was vacuumed, washed and the check engine light was off! In addition, I was given a rental car at no charge while the car was being looked at. Finally, I was looking to buy a used Audi from a different used car dealer and Phi looked up the car in the Audi system while I waited. It turns out the car I was thinking of purchasing had a transferrable extended warranty which the used car dealer was not aware of. This information gave me more confidence to purchase the used car. My husband and I will continue to take our Audis to Sunset Eastside service as we have done since they opened. More
