I would much prefer to talk with an advisor to make my appointment but on-line is recommended and easier to get through. I scheduled a recall notice and a grill replacement on the on-line appointment, and I took a morning off work to kill two birds with one stone. When I pulled in Brittany said "I will check to see if we have that grill." Luckily you did have the part because I would have been very unhappy to have to return a second time. All worked out well! Do all these new service advisors know their stuff like Larry and Corey do or are they just order takers? Thank you More
