First Experience with a Car Dealership. Very impressed. I found Craig to be very helpful. First, he removed the car from listing as soon as I contacted him about my interest. Throughout the transaction, he was friendly, without a hint of pressure or the slick sales persona you always hear about. He negotiated a deal with management that brought the price down, even though they had already dropped the asking price twice. I had to go to my bank to get my check, and I got stuck in rush hour traffic, which meant I arrived back at the dealership after official closing time. He and Sigve stayed late so I could have my car. I want to thank both Craig and Sigve for service above and beyond. More
