Buying used, feeling new We were specifically looking for a front wheel drive car to tow. We own, and have owned, several Audis but this is the first not being a Quattro. The car is pretty basic, but the price was right and the car was incredibly clean. It was represented as such by our favorite salesman, Craig Fleishman, and he was absolutely correct. Sunset Imports never fail to be honest, helpful and the team always makes our experiences, whether service or sales, a pleasant one. Kudos to Sunset! Although we now have choices for dealerships in the Portland area, my loyalty and great respect goes to Sunset. More
Amazing help and customer service I had just moved from California and was having an issue with my car. Before I arrived in Portland, I had taken my car to another Audi dealership in t I had just moved from California and was having an issue with my car. Before I arrived in Portland, I had taken my car to another Audi dealership in the Bay Area to be serviced and was told everything on my car looked great. After my first week in Portland, as I was driving, I heard a very loud knocking sound when I would press on the brakes. I immediately scheduled a service appointment. First off, I was delighted that there were appointments available the very next day for what I needed. In my previous experience, I would usually have to wait at least two weeks before being able to get an appointment. I walked into the service center and was helped by Amy. From the beginning, she was very thorough and asked a lot of questions. After the technician looked at my car, she walked me through what he saw. Apparently, the one of the calipers was not completely bolted down to the brake pad and and had worn down the rotor. She explained the issue to me and how it needed to be fixed. Considering I know little to nothing about cars, I was very appreciative that she took the time to go over things with me, show me pictures and answer any questions I had. I will definitely be serving my car at this location from now on. More
