Drew was able to get me into a new 2018 Q3 for just a little more than the used o I went in to look at a 2017 used Q3, but it was no longer available. They listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and put my fears at ease as they carefully assessed the problem. Work began that day and staff called me with repair updates.
