Business finished up earlier than expected so I asked Brittany if the car would be ready should I come home a day early. They had it finished up, washed-vacuumed and delivered to the valet stand at PDX airport when I walked off the plane. Could not have been more convenient or better service. Thank you! More

All my interactions with personnel were c Sunset Audi Portland (Airport Way Service Center) is a thoroughly professional operation. Facility is clean. All my interactions with personnel were cordial. Their inspection revealed a bad front wheel bearing and a leaking water pump. So my scheduled 1/2 day 65,000 mile service turned into a two day repair job. To have to shell out $2147 for a routine service plus a wheel bearing and a water pump and thermostat with only 65k miles on a car is extremely disappointing. This experience has soured me on ever purchasing another Audi. To the dealer’s credit, they didn’t charge me for fixing a rattle coming from the sunroof. They also satisfied an outstanding recall on the car. More
