Excellent Service I recently bought a 2012 Audi Q7 from another dealership and the check engine light came on. I called Beaverton Audi and got paired up with Service A I recently bought a 2012 Audi Q7 from another dealership and the check engine light came on. I called Beaverton Audi and got paired up with Service Advisor Corey Maslen. Corey and I set up for me to drop off the vehicle a few days later. When I got to the dealership I was very impressed of the service area being so clean and welcoming. Corey introduces himself to me and got started on my paperwork for the loaner car. (A5-very nice by the way) Corey made the transition very easy, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I was in and out within 20-25 minutes. My car was then serviced by Cory Nauertz who replaced the sensor that was covered under the VW emission replacement program. Cory also did an overall evaluation on the car and made me feel at ease on my purchase of the vehicle and because of Cory’s excellent work I cancelled my pre-paid service agreement with the other dealership and will have my Q7 only serviced at Beaverton Audi. I will request Cory Nauertz for my future service at Audi. I’m an extremely happy new client of Beaverton Audi but next time take a little longer so I can at least drive the loaner for 24 hours. 😊 Best Regards, Michael R. More

Once again my service advisor Larry Laing exceeded my exp I recently visited Audi Beaverton to do a number of repairs on my 2002 Audi A6 4.2 Quattro. Once again my service advisor Larry Laing exceeded my expectations of service provided by an Audi dealership. I appreciated that the work was scheduled by Mr. Laing on my timeframe, with loaner furnished, and Mr. Laing took the time to review in detail the repairs and parts that were necessary so that I could make an informed decision on repairs. Mr. Laing kept me updated on the status of repairs throughout the 2 week repair process and when the work was done he did an excellent job explaining the repairs done and the new parts installed. I also appreciate that Mr. Laing reviewed the charges in depth with me and I found the repair and parts costs to be very reasonable. What says it all though about Mr. Laing and the Audi Team's exemplary service is that the repairs are always done right the first time and my car always leaves the dealership purring.
