The experience purchasing a used Audi was great. Danny was a perfect associate for my wife and I to work with as his personality was very easy to work with and even had some shared interests. Just found out yesterday from my warranty company that the dealer charged and got paid for a service that was not done and declined by me, a while ago. I had no way of knowing at time of service. As I don't think I may be the only one with this experience, I suggest owner beware. No money out of my pocket but it does not seem to be a good business practice. I am hoping it is an oversight but it is under investigation by the warranty company. More
