Thank you for your unfiltered feedback. As consumers ourselves, we understand your frustrations when the failure to your transmission had occurred. This by no means was foreseen and we took care of the replacement with a “like for like” part. Audi Beaverton has placed a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty which is stated on your repair order documents and, as we discussed, if there was ever any failure within that time period, it would be at no cost to you. The replacement transmission was a mutual agreement at which you had agreed upon. We are sorry to hear about your feelings of the agreement after the fact.
