Overall good service experience - could have been great Tire alignment on my Q7 was off and I could clearly feel it while driving. Additionally, imaging from the front camera recently started being blurry. Tire alignment on my Q7 was off and I could clearly feel it while driving. Additionally, imaging from the front camera recently started being blurry. Took the vehicle to this dealership and they did the full Audi Tire Alignment and all camera/sensor calibration, in addition to replacing the front camera because they found out that the original camera had a scratch from a rock chip. Service personnel was great and overall had a good experience. Reason I rated them at 4 stars is because they could not get me a loaner vehicle for their 4 day service duration and I had to regularly call them to ask for updates instead of them proactively providing updates (at least once daily) via text or call. More
