Never to return So while getting my R8 serviced by this dealer, for a simple oil change, other things such as a leaking rear strut were noted, and all of what they no So while getting my R8 serviced by this dealer, for a simple oil change, other things such as a leaking rear strut were noted, and all of what they noted was for sure going to need replaced, but not at this time ($10,000) was a bit much for now. We used their loaner Q5 for an hour, in that time, actually while parked, the windshield cracked, funny thing is that until I pointed it out, they had checked the car back in not noting the crack. My honesty bit me today, as they charged $1500 to replace the windshield. I realize that its part of the loaner deal, kind of a bum deal especially when it really was nothing I did, as opposed to driving bad and wrecking the loaner. $1500 is more than most other dealers charge for this service, so guess since they had me trapped they could charge as much as they wanted to. Feel like making money on the loaner car? You ended up losing in the end as the work my R8 needs, your dealership will not be doing, for that matter you will never see my car again. More

In fact, I purchased my Audi Q5 from carmax, but take it to be serviced at Audi Beaverton and have had exceptional service with both Brian and Chris. In fact, this last service was to repair a faulty sunroof covered under my extended carmax warranty. Well Chris looked into it and realized that my car's original Audi warranty was still active. The sunroof and 35K mi service were covered for me. Thanks for going the extra mile! More
