Your rep said changing a battery was simple and I’d be “in and out” in a jiffy. I arrived at 10:30 am, I didn’t hear what needed to be done until noon. Then she told me it would take a little longer as the battery was under the rear seat. The battery is in the trunk. She disappeared to check her facts while I prayed no one was ripping out my back seat. Later she reappeared to inform me I was correct. She should have said she was wrong. I left Audi at 1:30pm. Not my idea of an “in/out”. I was not told where water could be found or restroom was. Thank goodness I knew the latter. Service was sort of half heartedly pre-priced to me. Worksheet was waved in my face but I didn’t have my glasses on. Never given the option to cancel the service(not that I would but it is the principle of the thing). Not my best service experience. In fact , one of the worst. Repair work seems to be doing just fine.
