Incredible service at Audi Service Portland- First I called Ivan literally 4 days ago on a Friday to set up and appt. He was so helpful and pleasant. He scheduled me for that coming Monday. One of their drivers came out to Washougal and picked up my car while I was working--- during the day I was updated by Ivan via text and call. Another driver of theirs brought it back to me on the same day. I was billed through my email/text. Super easy process. Could not be happier with Audi Service Portland. 5 stars all the way! I asked them to check for an oil leak on the driver side valve cover. I was told that would be $185 for a diagnostic check so I said forget it. Later on I got a list of things that the technician claimed valve cover. I was told that would be $185 for a diagnostic check so I said forget it. Later on I got a list of things that the technician claimed to be wrong with the car, even though I declined the diagnostic charge! I checked out every single item on that list of needed repairs and found 2 out of all the so called repairs required. One being needing front brakes which I replaced for $50 rather than $850!! The other a torn CV axle boot. I was given the impression that the car wasn't safe to drive without the over $9000 estimate they gave me in repairs. Then one of their people delivered it back to my house!! I originally took it in for airbag replacements. My service advisor was delightful, but my experience not so much. More
