The work was exceptional, communication great. The part took longer than expected and there were unexpected cost, however they applied discounts that did help offset the cost. What I was most disappointed I was eve car sat outside the shop for almost 2 weeks and was not washed prior to being returned. It was really easy and quick to make an appointment. I love the complimentary pick up and drop off of my ride with the provision of a loaner car.
