I have a 2016 Audi SQ5 with 33,000 miles on it. It needed new brake pads, calipers and rotors. And a new battery was advised as vehicle is 5 years old. It also allegedly had an intermittent EGR issue. The bi new brake pads, calipers and rotors. And a new battery was advised as vehicle is 5 years old. It also allegedly had an intermittent EGR issue. The bill was over $3000. I deferred the $962 EGR issue for now. The pickup and delivery was fine. My service advisor who is brand new to Audi was fine. I thought the cost of parts was very high. I did brakes and rotors on my Mercedes S Class for $1700. My Audi was $2300. I did a new battery on my Mercedes for $300. My Audi battery with installation was $430. I paid $185 to analyze EGR issue but do not realy know if I need the nearly $1000 repair as issue was intermittent. More

Courteous, friendly, transparent, and the work was completed as described. Pretty cool how they send you videos of everything they inspected, so that you can see for yourself what condition your car i completed as described.
