I was helped immediately, and I could tell everybody was working hard to make the process of completing the sale and paperwork as fast as possible. Yudith was very nice, friendly, and able to answer any question I had. Natasha likewise was very laid back and pleasent to speak with. By far, Audi of Bakersfield provided the best shopping and customer service experience. The folks at Audi of Bakersfield we're quick to offer their business to me in an amazingly friendly, non-pushy, welcoming atmosphere. Yudith at Audi of Bakersfield was quick to get me the best deal among the SoCal dealers, was very informative on what the product in stock had to offer, was accommodating to my schedule, and got me into the car I wanted within less than a few hours. She provided such a smooth buying experience. Casar in parts was also very helpful. He gave excellent customer service in providing the extras I wanted in a timely manner. Then there is Karina in the service department who was very friendly and was able to fit the service I wanted on schedule. This is the type of dealer with humble, sincere, and friendly staff. The people who strive to provide you the customer service beyond what is the norm. I've been a very happy customer and even recommended them to family and friends who are interested in purchasing.
