In my efforts to find my next car, I researched Mercedes, BMW, and Audi. When I narrowed my search to Audi, I called every single Audi Dealer in the greater Los Angeles Area, and I had to go with Michael Tes BMW, and Audi. They were quick to have any car I wanted to test drive ready, and were knowledgeable about my options, they really helped me make my final decision and gave me the BEST deal in town! I even stopped in to get a fuse changed later, and didn't know the Service number, but they set everything up for me and introduced me to the correct department, I was in and out in the time it took me to tell Michael how much I LOVE my new car. They took care of my trade in with no problems at all, and we were able to work with me on the finding the right car for the right price. They worked very well as a team, as several people assisted in the process. At the end of it all they even followed me to my home where all the final paperwork was completed! They really understand the meaning of customer service and teamwork, with the customers satisfaction being the ultimate goal.
