My brother-in-law purchased a car from Adam in November. He offered to call him to see if he had the car I wanted at the right price for me. Not to be deterred, Adam had another car on the lot that ended up exceeding my expectations- the only drawback was the car did not have navigation. No problem! Adam was able to locate a place to install navigation for me and even got me a great deal on the install! Not only did I get a fantastic car and a great deal, Adam was a pleasure to work with. I've never thought buying a car was fun, but with Adam it was! He was professional, knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable. And find it they did! The car was 100 miles away and Adam set off to pick it up himself and drive it back that day so that I could have it the next morning. Now that's dedication to the customer. I ended up purchasing a vehicle about 5 hours later and I can say I am extremely happy. What surprised me the most is that about 8 months into my purchase Vartan called me personally asking not if I knew any more potential buyers but to see how I was doing and how I was enjoying my car.
