I purchased an Audi vehicle this past memorial day weekend. I traveled all the way from Pasadena to visit Audi Auto Gallery as we had made arrangements over the phone prior to. It was late and by the time we determined what car we would select, all of the employees had left. My salesperson, Mia washed and detailed my car herself!! Any normal salesperson would have asked me to come back another time when their car washers were working. No, Mia washed the car herself so that I can drive my clean car that evening. She also invited me to comeback to have the car detailed once again by the employees that normally wash the cars. Mia was an exteme delight to work with and so very customer friendly! I would tell all of my friends to go to Audi Auto Gallery despite the distance. They are very customer friendly. More

Does it get any better than Mia and the Audi gallery? No it does not. I live in the Northern California Bay Area and traveled all the way to this particiular dealership because no local dealership (or any it does not. I'm an auto enthusiast and its always a pleasure to see passion in a brand when visiting a dealership and thats what you get here. This visit was for getting my wife her new Q5 exactly the way she wanted and not only did they do that but my best friend who made the roadtrip with me (also an Audi owner) couldn't believe what a breathe of fresh air this place was. I highly recommend a visit to see for yourself but can assure you that my friends and I will be making our future purchases from Mia in the future. Audi should be very proud of the level of service they provide and should use them as an example for their other dealerships to follow. More
