After Calling my friend Stephen Schoenberger at Porsche, I told him I was looking for a car I felt I would feel safe in, enjoy driving and could pull a horse trailer. Kevin Spear was the go to guy and he was very thorough and helpful and I felt the entire team at Audi Auto Gallery was helpful and gave me the best price for my Land Rover for a trade in and a great price for my new car. I have enjoyed driving it and look forward to having an Audi dealership in my future I can count on. For years I drove an Audi S6 so feel like I've "come home." Dan and the dealership went WAY over and above. Stopped in for a brief Sunday morning visit on my way out of town. Only had a few minutes. They made the most of it, moving many cars so I could get the one in for a brief Sunday morning visit on my way out of town. Only had a few minutes. They made the most of it, moving many cars so I could get the one that interested me out for a test drive. And what a test drive. Dan encouraged me to spend my few minutes running Topanga Canyon. That MADE the sale. They let me finish all the arrangements by phone from the road. Then Dan and a porter stayed LONG after closing so that when I returned to town that evening, Dan could deliver the car to my driveway, complete the paperwork with me and introduce me to the car thoroughly. Courtney, in finance had already walked me through the business side of the deal and prepared all documents. Everything was easy and "their pleasure.". What a low-stress, high-helpfulness alternative to the usual car-buying torture which I had been suffering elsewhere! I'd definitely recommend Dan and Courtney! As an aside, both the Audi and dealer's website made it VERY easy to find the car of my dreams. Night and day difference from BMW's, which does not allow region-wide searches. More

I was looking for a specific car to test drive and didn't know where to find it. but luckily I found it at this location. The sales people were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had about the car and about pricing options. Everybody was helpful and friendly as can be with everything. The A6 I purchased a week ago is a mechanically sound thing of beauty, with all the bells and whistles I could want! First of All John, Tim, and the entire staff are professional and very courteous - I have no beef with them!! They are great!! Overall- the service from the Auto Gallery has been great from Klause to John in service - but after 11 years as a customer I am leaving because of a "check scanner" that would not accept my check. Went to Bank of America - the check scanned acceptable there and more than efficient balance to cash the check. I went out of my way to make sure the check was good- and they still would not accept it because their "machine" is faulty - so- they have to take the word of a machine over an 11 year customer - THAT IS SIMPLY NOT THE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER - the dealership has to take that check regardless of what their machine says - especially when the customer has more than proven the check and the funds to be sufficient! - you have to TRUST CUSTOMERS OVER MACHINES - Carlos Alazraqui More

I brought my car in for recommended service. I was met by a friendly service person. He told me about the process and about how long they would need it for service.
