Everything from setting up the appointment to leaving the dealership was fast, efficient, and super friendly. David Maddux in the Service Dept was waiting for me when I arrived. He quickly recorded my info, , covered what was to be done on the 55k checkup, explained every question I had in detail, answered a few questions about the new Audi's, and made sure I had everything I needed as I waited upstairs. He made the experience go as smoothly as possible. There is a reason I drive two hours from the north side of Athens! It's people like David who make the journey and wait worthwhile. I was also pleasantly surprised to hear my car was ready 2 hours before the estimated time. Overall a great experience! More

AA is very accommodating so rescheduling was a breeze. The dealership is comfortable so I waited for the work and repairs to be completed. Arrived in the afternoon ( I live 30 miles from the dealership ) and car was not ready. The seam on the drivers seat should have been sewn closed but it looked worse than when I dropped it off . Had drive back two days later to pick up car. More
Over all very good, 2 issues. The coolant hose on my 2016 A6 broke, spraying coolant all over the engine. Had to have it towed to you, and at same time got my 25K service done. The The coolant hose on my 2016 A6 broke, spraying coolant all over the engine. Had to have it towed to you, and at same time got my 25K service done. The towing, repair work, turnaround, communication with Christian Calderon (service agent) were all great. However, the people who repaired the hose, refilled the coolant, etc. KNEW that coolant sprayed everywhere, it was obvious to see and smelled like it. Yet, they didn't steam clean the engine, so whenever I turn off the car now it still smells like hot coolant or like the car is overheating. Also, I had a tire replaced. rather than putting one of the silver, nice metal valve stem stoppers on like was on my other 3 tores, they stuck on a plain, black rubber one. Its not as nice and now doesn't match my other 3 tires. More

Poor Service After I dropped off my car and the rep called to say it was ready the next day, I called in the morning to get my car. No one answered the phone. Th After I dropped off my car and the rep called to say it was ready the next day, I called in the morning to get my car. No one answered the phone. The time was between 8:15-8:30 am during the week. The rep who was handling my car (David) told me he would be in by 7:30 but when he didn't answer, I called the main service number for Audi service at this location and someone did answer and put me on hold. After more than 5 minutes on hold, I hung up. I had a meeting and had to get my car and I was late! More

Extremely poor service experience Upon my car battery dying (less than three year old Audi A3, so disappointing for a car that’s fairly new), I had a very poor service experience. Here Upon my car battery dying (less than three year old Audi A3, so disappointing for a car that’s fairly new), I had a very poor service experience. Here’s a recap of what happened: - Called Audi Atlanta to ask what to do since the car is a lease. Was unsure if I could tow the car to a nearby dealership or if I had to take it back to where I got the car. Received no answer and had to leave a message. - Hours later, still no response. Tried back multiple times with no answer. Calls went to voicemail each time. Then tried calling the main line instead vs. service and the person who answered was unable to answer any of my questions. She told me she’d call me back. - An hour later, got a call back from her and she still couldn’t answer any of my questions from before. Frustrating. - About 3.5 hours after car died, finally got a hold of service to be told I should tow the car there, received two separate numbers for Audi roadside and car loaner number. Woman says sorry but she’s the only one answering service calls...on a Saturday, busiest day of the week. Was told battery failures in A3s is common. Wonderful. Maybe I should switch to another car at the end of my lease? Battery replacement every 2.5 years isn’t acceptable. - Called roadside. They asked if I wanted to try to jump the car before towing. I said sure. They said they could be there in 30 to 45 mins. They failed to mention that should the car not jump, they don’t offer towing and that’s a whole separate number. - I realized I forgot to provide tow location (they didn’t ask). Then was told they don’t tow and would I like to go ahead and set up towing instead. I say yes, let’s go ahead with the tow so we don’t waste any more time and to try to get car to dealership before closing so I don’t have to deal with this on Monday when I have work. Lady rudely tells me they don’t offer towing when I ask current eta on towing and gives me tow number. - I call tow number and set it up. I’m told an eta of 45 mins. Then receive a text after with eta of 90. 90 minutes later, still no tow truck. I call for an update. Tow guy says 20 mins longer. - Tow guy shows up. Says battery failure in A3 is common. Seriously? - Call car loaner number and no cars available to be loaned until a week later. No one offers Lift as a suggestion at this point. - Car is towed. No surprise, no call from Audi to confirm it actually made it there and no answer in service - Call Monday morning to ask for eta on car being fixed and no answer. Website shows service opens at 6:30 am, Called at 6:40 am but voicemail says service is closed. Call all morning, my husband too, and no answer. Finally get ahold of service and they say they can’t provide an eta, that I have to wait to hear from my “service advisor” - Even though my scheduled appointment time was 8 am Monday morning, I didn’t hear from anyone until around 1 pm and had to text back to the number for an eta. Hours later I hear back that I should be getting an update “shortly” - Have to follow up again hours later. Finally at 2:30, I learn my car will be done within the hour. I have to request a Lift. Have to follow up again 30 minutes after providing my address to ask if the Lift is coming. Had to ask for the link to see where the driver is. - Get the Lift. Arrive to dealership. Service department is completely empty, no line, 6 or 7 guys with only 1 on the phone. I was expecting a massive amount of people with a flurry of activity considering how difficult it was to get answers/ reach people. - I get checked out and asked if I’ll provide a 10/10 on the follow-up survey to which I say absolutely not. I am told service manager is OOO and get his card. Also am told, again, that the A3 batteries are no good. So why was there no recall? Why was the battery not checked when I had my 30,000 mile check up a 1,000 miles ago, very recently? - Even though the dealership had my car all day, it was not washed. A courtesy wash is something Lexus does automatically. - I call the number on the card and am told he’s out and to speak with another person. Got voicemail and left a message to speak with someone about my experience but have yet to receive a call back - My husband never has to follow up when working with Lexus to see when his car is ready, never is told no loaner is available, never has to call ten different numbers to coordinate stuff, always gets a clean car returned after service. At this point, should I go back to this location? Should I buy this car at the end of the lease? Concerned about quality. Should I even stay with Audi? This certainly was not a “luxury” experience and was very disappointing. More
