This is the most unprofessional service department I've ever had to deal with. I spent over $200K for an Audi R8 to be treated like crap. I can't even schedule a service appointment, yet alone file a compl ever had to deal with. I spent over $200K for an Audi R8 to be treated like crap. I can't even schedule a service appointment, yet alone file a complaint. The service advisor doesn't return phone calls nor does the service manager Jim and anyone else. This is a total disgrace and im at the point of selling my car because why should I spend that much money on a vehicle that I can't get serviced when I need it! Ive never been so disgusted in my life and I've owned several expensive vehicles and the treatment was Great elsewhere. Never buy an Audi from these guys and never take your car to be serviced here, because they don't give a xxxx how they treat their customers. I don't expect to be treated like I purchased a 1990 ford pickup. There should be certain levels of treatment to the type of vehicle you purchase. I paid for Audi's most expensive car and for Top Tier Service and that's what I expected....AND THE ONLY THING I GOT WAS NO RESPECT!!!! CANT EVEN SCHEDULE A xxxx APPOINTMENT. THIS IS INSANE... More
Do not try to get your car repaired here!! I called several time and left messages and no one called me back! When I finally reached a real person, Sean, he was rude and couldn’t even give me an appoi several time and left messages and no one called me back! Audi was backed up with a great deal of repair work. Said I would have to leave the car. I explained that I needed my vehicle repaired as soon as possible since I was undergoing constant medical treatment every day. My car was ready that early afternoon with all work done. Thanks Chris. Rick pushed hard on my behalf with Audi USA and Cortlin was a straight-forward representative that was equally knowledgable with the Sales process and her knowledge of the vehicle itself. I enjoyed her professionalism and customer care; AND, of course I love my new Q8. More
