I had a weekend emergency battery replacement on my S5. I called and spoke with Oscar and they worked me in that Saturday morning. Oscar was experienced, calm, and got me back in my car in a reasonable amo I called and spoke with Oscar and they worked me in that Saturday morning. Oscar was experienced, calm, and got me back in my car in a reasonable amount of time. They also checked out my car, sent a video review and provided me a paper record as well. Finally they cleaned up my very well before retur ing it to me. They didnt try and oversell and were really straightforward. Also believe it ir not i got over 11 years out of my battery. It was the factory original. Would trust my car with Oscar any time going forward. More
Kudos to my Service Advisor Chris Lee. In March of this year my car timing belt broke on my 2018 Q5 and damage the motor to the point where it had to be replace totally. Chris was helpful in contacting the company and explaining the situation. He called me to let know that they had agreed to replace the motor free of charge . Through-out the whole process Chris kept me informed without me having to call him from the loaner car to updates on when the new motor would be in, to the finish repair. My experience having Andrew Clark as my Service Advisor while my vehicle was being worked on was first class. Andrew was extremely professional, helpful, empathetic, and communicative throughout the entire while my vehicle was being worked on was first class. Andrew was extremely professional, helpful, empathetic, and communicative throughout the entire servicing duration. His consistent and timely communication was like clockwork, ensuring that I always had the very latest information on the current status of my vehicle and what to expect going forward. Andrew's personable demeanor and client-focused mindset was on display during every single one of our interactions (which were very frequent). I genuinely enjoyed working with him as he went out of his way to provide me with the best customer service possible and made it feel as though I was working with a trusted friend. Audi Atlanta, So disappointed, I won't recommend anybody to have Audi or to go to Audi Atlanta located at 5805 Peachtree Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30341. Recently, 85k service was due on my 2016 Audi Q5. As a res to have Audi or to go to Audi Atlanta located at 5805 Peachtree Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30341. Recently, 85k service was due on my 2016 Audi Q5. As a result, I went to Atlanta Audi and did the service. Within a week after my service, the engine coolant light started to show up. I went back to Audi, and they said the timing chain has to be replaced. I was charged a total of $4700. They said they need a few days to complete the job. I rented a car, and let them fix that. The same day I picked up the car, on my way home, the engine oil light start to show. I kept calling Audi Atlanta they didn't pick up. I searched for the closest Audi near me to stop by for the nearest service because I know oil can damage my engine. As a result, I stopped by Audi Gwinnett. Audi Gwinnett was shocked when I told them the fact that I just pick up my car from Audi Atlanta from Timing chain service. They said oil must be replaced with a timing chain change or it will damage my car. They recommended I go back to Audi Atlanta as soon as possible, and for the time being, they tap 1-quarter oil in my car for free. I am so happy about the poor service in Audi Atlanta. Now I start doubting everything. I was charged for an oil change, but no oil was changed. What else they have done wrong that I didn’t know yet? Even the fact I had a coolant leak, right after one week of service? What is going on with Audi Atlanta? More
