Repair went from $900 to $2300 due to misdiagnosis My key fob started working sporadically to unlock doors and trunk. The issue was diagnosed and I was told it would be $900 to repair. I asked if thi My key fob started working sporadically to unlock doors and trunk. The issue was diagnosed and I was told it would be $900 to repair. I asked if this would repair all the locking issues including the trunk and I was told yes so I told them to go ahead with the repair. After I picked the car up, I discovered the trunk still would not unlock with the key fob and the doors continued to only unlock sporadically. Additionally, the passenger door started acting up upon closing because the window no longer went down slightly and then back up. I took the car back in and it was diagnosed as needing two more parts to fix the issues. I wound up paying another $800 to repair the door locks (for a total of $1700). I did not have the trunk lock repaired because it was another $500. Had the problems been diagnosed correctly to begin with, I never would have paid $1700 for the repair since the door unlocked just fine with the key. Although I was provided a nice loaner car and the service rep was very apologetic, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the cost of the repair. More

The best Audi service center ever (FIVE STARS *****) I had the worst experience with another Audi service department and brought my car to Jim Ellis and it was like the difference between heaven and hell I had the worst experience with another Audi service department and brought my car to Jim Ellis and it was like the difference between heaven and hell. Jermaine, my service guy, was professional, patient and just a standup guy. He helped to resolve my prior service issues and addressed additional ones. Audi Care corporate, was involved and he, along with the Service mgr., Rick, were just awesome. They were open to convey their findings and worked to ensure that my car didn't leave their care, until it was done right. I have no reservations about the care, concern and honesty of this dealership and their super fantastic service department. There wasn't one person, I encountered, that didn't make me feel like my satisfaction wasn't important. They value their customers and I'm so glad, regardless of how I got there, that we have a place that we trust to bring both our Audi cars. KUDOS!!! More
