Also I asked about a recall that says my airbags in part of the car do not work. It the fix may not bee available for A year or more. So I should put my passenger at risk. I don’t think this is what I paid $69,000 for. More

Everyone friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Unfortunately I’ve had to bring my car for service twice in the last few weeks. When calling for service it’s hard to get in touch with anyone. Service advisors were always busy and unable to take my call. Once you do get to talk or communicate with them, they are great. Also in both instances, no loaner cars were available so I had to rent a car. Eventually I was able to get a loaner after three days. I feel like if your car has broken down and will be In service for a few days, loaner cars should be available. More
Not customer centric When I arrived, none of the service consultants seemed interested in assisting me so I stood waiting while everyone did other things. Finally someone helped me but kept stopping to talk to other service individuals who seemed uncertain of how to help their customers. From there the service was fine but when I checked, the consultant mentioned in passing some additional service as an option but had already checked me out and told me to call if interested. When I looked at my paperwork that evening, it was a recommended tire rotation and it said I declined it when it wasn’t even discussed with me. I’ve never called and left messages the past two days and can’t get anyone to call me back. Very poor service. I expect more when I buy a $60k car. More
