I worked with Nick Porter and had a great car buying experience. I have been in sales for 25 years and severely dislike being on the buying side of the desk with a 'car salesman'. I get it, everyone ha experience. I have been in sales for 25 years and severely dislike being on the buying side of the desk with a 'car salesman'. I get it, everyone has to meet a quota but some of these guys/gals think they are so good they can talk you into a car you don't want. Nick was a gentleman and provided great customer service. I would also like to thank Louis Long. I had a bad experience on my previous car where an array of neatly packaged roadside items located under the trunk floor went missing during the detailing of the vehicle prior to delivering to me out front. The detail guys had left and the items could not be found. The manager promised he would replace them all. A week later they gave me a $40 dollar jack and said he did not recall making that promise. Ok, Back to Louis, he said he would fix the wheels that had road rash, done! He said I could bring my car back the next week and his dent guy would remove the dings from the car, and he did! I called later that same day and told them there was a bad speaker. Instead of making me come back, Louis sent a guy to my house to check it out! NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Also, a big thank you to Patrick Wolff for not trying to talk me to death on why I needed to buy a warranty. Great job presenting the information, but sometimes these guys try to make you feel as if you're not allowed purchase the car without obtaining one of their warranties. Patrick was very classy and professional. Last and definitely not least, a big shout out to Baronda who makes a xxxx good burger! I am a fan of this dealership and will be going there first for the next car my family may need! More
